How much does it cost to send a card?
Nothing! Angel's CyberCards are absolutely free for you to send to as many people as you choose!
How do I send a card?
To send a card, first go to this page:
http://puter-school.com.
Then choose a subject. Once you've chosen your card, click the circle under the card (picture) you want and completely fill out the form below. When you are done, click preview card to make sure everything looks right and the e-mail addresses are correct. If everything is correct click send. If not click the back button on your browser -- make the changes and then send your card!
* Note: You will receive an e-mail letting you know when the card was picked up!
How do I pick up a card?
If you have received a card you will (or have) received an e-mail notification letting you know your card number and the address of where to pick it up from. If you're still having trouble finding the pick up page click here then enter your card number in the box and click the button. It's that easy!
I never received the ID #?
If you are having problems finding your card number please forward the notice you received by e-mail that let you know you have a card waiting for you to angel911@puter-school.com.
It's says No Card found. :-(
If your card is over 6 days old it has been deleted from our database. Due to the amount of space required to store our CyberCards we have elected to store the cards for only 6 days. If your card is less than 6 days old and you are getting the "no card found" error page, make sure there are no spaces before the number and that the number is correct. If after trying that you are still getting that error please forward the notice you received by e-mail that let you know you have a card waiting for you to Angel at angel911@puter-school.com.
There are no images on my card.
This sometimes happens when the person who sent you the card forgot to click the button signifying which card (or image) to send you. Our suggestion is to kindly ask the sender to resend the card and make sure they click the button.
Why is there black lines on the images/graphic's?
You will find that some browsers will give you black lines with the movements. Also if your cache gets too full it will give you black lines. We work with many graphic's and find that when we empty the browsers cache we are able to remove the black lines. If you find your always getting black lines I would suggest you stick with the regular cards or upgrade your browser.
Why can I not hear the music?
This could be one of several problems. Your browser is not programmed for midi files; the traffic in the Cyberspace didn't let it open completely; the sender forgot to check off the music selection; your sound system is turned down; you have another program connected to your sound card.
I sent a card but they didn't receive a notice.
If your recipient didn't receive the card it is either due to slow connections on the Internet or the more common answer - the e-mail address you wrote in was incorrect. So before sending that card make sure all the addresses are correct.

Why do I keep getting a notice my card was picked up?
My system is designed to send you a notice every time someone checks the Electronic CyberCard you sent. If they check it 10 times you will get an email that may times. I love this advantage as it lets us know that the person that picked up the card was thinking of me. So I will send them another one if they liked that one so much why not tell them again your still thinking of them.
What is a Browser?
A Browser is a software package that will allow you to surf the World Wide Web. If you are using AOL or another similar system you will be required to get a browser. You can download a free beta version of Netscape or Microsoft "IE" .
How do I copy & paste?
Most software programs will let you do this and it sure cuts down on typing.
ONE : Find the area you wish to copy.
TWO : hold down your shift key and your arrow to highlight the area. depending on where your cursor is. You can arrow up, down, right or left.
THREE : Hold down your CTRL + C this will copy the information.
FOUR : Go to the area you wish to drop the information. (This can be in any file also. I take messages from my word program to my other software all the time.)
FIVE : Now hold down the CTRL + V this will drop the message into that area.
* Note: Hold both keys at the same time. If it fails hit your ctrl + C keys a few times.
